Online Store Operator

About the role

We are seeking an Online Store Operator to run the day‑to‑day activities of our e‑commerce platform in Munich or Berlin. The role blends order processing, customer support, and warehouse coordination to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders using the online store administration system.
• Assist customers by phone and email, providing product information and support.
• Issue invoices and prepare shipping documents.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product availability information.
• Order products from suppliers and manage incoming stock.
• Receive, inspect, and pack goods for dispatch.
• Operate cash register and POS terminal, keeping accurate cash records.
• Communicate with credit and leasing companies regarding customer orders.
• Organise deliveries with courier services.
• Order packaging and office supplies.
• Keep the pickup point and warehouse clean and orderly.
• Handle warranty claims and product returns.
• Perform additional urgent tasks as required.

Required profile

• Fluent German and Russian language skills.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and organisational abilities.
