Onsite Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Training Manager to lead learning, training, and workforce development initiatives across our logistics operations in Germany. The role is fully onsite and focuses on building a skilled, engaged workforce that drives operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver operational training programs for warehouse and logistics teams.
• Build onboarding and upskilling frameworks to accelerate new‑hire productivity.
• Develop certification pathways and talent‑development plans.
• Create and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures and documentation.
• Support employee engagement and team‑culture initiatives.
• Drive best‑practice sharing and promote operational excellence.
• Partner closely with warehouse managers and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, supply‑chain or transportation.
• AEVO / AdA Trainer Certificate (Ausbildereignungsverordnung) is mandatory.
• Experience delivering operational or vocational training.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
