Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse – Germany

About the role

Join one of Germany's largest hospital groups as an Operation Theatre (OT) Nurse. You will work in a state‑of‑the‑art surgical environment, supporting surgeons and ensuring patient safety throughout each procedure.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
• Assist surgeons by handling instruments, sutures, and equipment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to emergencies in the OT.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection‑control and sterility protocols.
• Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with proven experience in an operation theatre setting.
• German language proficiency at B1 or B2 level (mandatory).
• Commitment to work in a high‑performance, world‑class healthcare environment.

Required skills

• Operation theatre procedures and surgical instrument handling.
• Infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Patient monitoring and emergency response in the OT.
• German language B1/B2 communication skills.
