Operational Buyer – Indirect Procurement

About the role

Join Yunex Traffic’s Global Procurement team as an Operational Buyer focused on indirect spend. You will ensure smooth day‑to‑day purchasing operations, support stakeholders, and help build a more efficient, scalable procurement model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier follow‑up and stakeholder coordination for indirect spend.
• Improve purchasing processes, supplier data quality, pricing information and compliance.
• Support centralised procurement activities to increase efficiency and use of preferred suppliers.
• Maintain Travel & Expense operational continuity, handling supplier follow‑up, card issues, invoice clarification and user support.
• Collaborate with Finance, suppliers and procurement colleagues to resolve operational topics promptly.
• Provide operational input to category managers for supplier reviews, sourcing and demand management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Global Procurement.

Required profile

• Completed commercial vocational training with further education, or a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a comparable field.
• Relevant experience in procurement operations or operational buying, preferably in indirect procurement.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes such as requisition, purchase order management, supplier follow‑up and invoice clarification.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
• Confident communication with stakeholders and suppliers, guiding users through procurement processes.
• Analytical mindset with experience handling procurement data and reports.
