Operational Logistic Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

We are seeking an Operational Logistic Specialist to join our client, a leading global semiconductor technology company, in Böblingen. The role focuses on coordinating transportation and warehousing activities, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound flows, and supporting financial processes related to logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with transportation and warehousing suppliers to align schedules and services.
• Manage processing details for inbound and outbound logistics operations.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and implement control procedures.
• Supervise planning and coordination of outbound shipments.
• Perform financial accruals and verify supplier invoices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent qualification (Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung).
• 2‑3 years of experience in operational logistics or material planning within a production or trading environment.
• Experience in goods receiving, warehousing and shipping processes.
• Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2).
• Systematic working style, team‑player attitude and strong persistence.
• Preferred experience in high‑tech, automotive or mechanical engineering logistics.

Required skills

• ERP software knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Navision).
