Operational Procurement Buyer – Frankfurt

About the role

We are looking for motivated Operational Procurement Buyers to join our client’s team in Frankfurt. The role focuses on day‑to‑day purchasing activities, ensuring smooth business flows and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full order cycle from quote request to final processing.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers and key accounts.
• Act as the liaison between internal departments and external service providers.
• Perform price calculations and prepare detailed analytical reports.

Required profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent professional qualification.
• Initial experience in purchasing or sales environments.
• Fluent in German and English for international communication.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and commercial mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
