About the role
We are looking for an Operations Analyst to support pricing and logistics efficiency initiatives for Wolt’s German market. The role combines data‑driven analysis with hands‑on execution to improve delivery operations and drive business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct commercial deal analysis and develop recommendations based on cost, efficiency metrics and pricing performance.
- Drive operational excellence initiatives, identifying and implementing improvements in key processes such as payment‑cycle optimisation.
- Support the implementation of city‑level courier pricing changes within the German operations model.
- Produce analyses and insights to support pricing and efficiency initiatives.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with strong drive and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Interest in building high‑performing operations and improving food‑delivery efficiency.
- Ability to work hands‑on with data, execute analyses and follow through on operational tasks.
