Operations Associate – Berlin

About the role

ALO is looking for an Operations Associate to join its Berlin store team. You will help drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory, supporting visual standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes, improve accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and work with the General Manager to address system gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, intra‑day replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards and a safe, organized stockroom environment.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgeting, vendor relations, technology, and facilities teams to optimize store performance.
• Assist with visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
• Resolve customer needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide backup support to Sales, Service, and Cashier functions as needed.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a client‑centric, sales or operational environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• High energy, upbeat attitude with the ability to integrate fun into work.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 lb and perform typical store tasks (bending, climbing, standing for full shifts).
