Operations & Systems Coordinator Intern (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operations & Systems Coordinator Intern to join GenX Leadership Academy remotely for a 4‑month Talent Accelerator Program. The role focuses on designing, documenting and improving internal workflows and business systems while supporting cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and enhance internal workflows and business systems.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Support cross‑functional teams to improve collaboration and operational alignment.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Manage and organize internal platforms such as Notion, CRM systems and other operational tools.
• Track operational performance and key business metrics.
• Assist in project execution ensuring efficient operational processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve organizational systems and execution.
• Continuously review existing processes and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a German university.
• Highly structured, analytical and passionate about operational excellence.
• Enjoys building systems, documenting processes and improving team workflows.
• Comfortable analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing practical solutions.
