About the role

We are looking for an Online Store Operator to join our e‑commerce team in Germany. The role combines order processing, customer support, and warehouse coordination to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders using the online store administration system.
• Assist customers by phone and email, providing product information and solving issues.
• Issue invoices, prepare shipping documents, and manage cash register operations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product availability and order stock from suppliers.
• Receive, inspect, and pack incoming goods.
• Coordinate deliveries with courier services and handle returns and warranty claims.
• Order packaging, office supplies and keep the pickup point and warehouse tidy.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and Russian.
• At least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and good organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of computer hardware.
• Experience with POS terminals and cash‑register systems.
