Outbound Sales Manager (Spanish)

About the role

Scout24 is looking for an Outbound Sales Manager who will lead Spanish‑language outreach for its real‑estate platform ImmoScout24. Based in Berlin, you will drive new business opportunities, build relationships with property owners and agents, and contribute to the growth of our digital ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales strategies targeting Spanish‑speaking markets.
• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through cold‑calling, email campaigns and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and offers.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in the company’s CRM.
• Achieve quarterly revenue and activity targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably in real‑estate or digital services.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data‑driven insights.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
