Paid Media Manager – User Acquisition

About the role

Flink is looking for a Paid Media Manager to own and optimise paid acquisition channels across Germany and the Netherlands. You will shape how we attract, acquire and activate new customers, experimenting with referral programmes, offline touchpoints and in‑app journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise a portfolio of paid media channels, focusing on social, programmatic and affiliate networks.
• Build and scale AI‑driven automation workflows for campaign setup, bidding, reporting and creative iteration.
• Design, launch and scale innovative campaigns that communicate the Flink story and drive new user growth.
• Analyse campaign data to extract actionable insights, identify trends and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative and Data Science teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
• Test new channels and stay ahead of emerging performance‑marketing trends.

Required profile

• Proactive, curious and results‑oriented mindset with a willingness to ask questions and take ownership.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; comfortable working with numbers and performance data.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a data‑centric role such as performance marketing, business analytics or consulting.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
