Paid Social Manager

About the role

Lovehoney Group is seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead high‑performance paid social campaigns across its portfolio of brands. Working closely with the Paid Media Lead, you will shape strategy, optimise spend and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies for brand and conversion campaigns, focusing on Meta and extending to YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple markets, monitoring performance and making rapid, data‑driven decisions to maximise ROI.
• Allocate and manage budgets in partnership with the department lead, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams to create integrated plans and platform‑specific content for key sales periods.
• Analyse campaign and competitor performance, leveraging platform insights, industry trends and A/B testing to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in paid social advertising, preferably in a fast‑paced eCommerce, consumer or agency environment.
• Proven ability to deliver revenue and margin growth while managing significant media budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
