Panel Consultant – Market Research

About the role

quantilope is looking for a proactive Panel Consultant to join its Research Consulting team. You will act as the bridge between the company’s innovative platform and the global sampling landscape, ensuring fast, high‑quality insights for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to pre‑ and post‑sales research teams on panel selection, quota design, and sample management.
• Recommend panel providers and sample structures for complex projects, leveraging deep knowledge of demographics and targeting capabilities.
• Conduct data‑quality audits, implement new quality measures, and share industry updates with the team.
• Support the technical development and automation of the field‑management module in the quantilope platform.
• Serve as the primary contact for existing panel partners, fostering sustainable relationships.
• Identify and assess potential new panel partners to expand capabilities.
• Join client calls with Research Consulting and Sales teams to provide expertise and solutions.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English (minimum C1 level).
• At least 2 years of experience in market research or fieldwork management, preferably within a panel or research agency.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to simplify complex sampling concepts.
• Solution‑oriented, entrepreneurial mindset and calm under pressure.
• Passion for data and a proven record of implementing best‑practice quality standards.

Required skills

• Familiarity with DIY sampling tools and market‑research platforms.
