Paralegal (60-80%) – Hybrid, Munich

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Paralegal to join our legal team in Garching, near Munich. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support the legal entity portfolio across Central Europe and help ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the legal entity portfolio management for DACH, Poland and Czech Republic in cooperation with local counsels.
• Maintain the legal team’s document management system, handling filing, archiving and retrieval of contracts and correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers such as notaries, courts and external counsel to execute legal and administrative tasks.
• Draft, review and proofread routine legal documents, correspondence and internal policies under supervision.
• Support budget tracking, invoice processing and reconciliation of external counsel fees.
• Prepare periodic legal reports for the Amer Sports Group, consolidating updates from local counsels.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or international organization.
• Fluent oral and written German and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized work habits and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with contract management systems and compliance platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web‑based tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as Claude and Copilot.
