Paralegal – Contract Management Specialist

About the role

Join Zattoo’s Legal Department as a Paralegal focused on contract management. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will lead the AI‑supported implementation and continuous improvement of the Contract Management System (CMS) while collaborating with operational teams to harmonise contract processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, store and maintain all legal contracts in the CMS, preparing for future AI‑enhanced functionalities.
• Ensure data quality by applying uniform entry standards, resolving inconsistencies and guaranteeing data availability.
• Design and optimise electronic workflows for contract creation, digital signatures, and overall management; produce documentation, guidelines and provide user training.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert to standardise and accelerate contract processes across all sub‑areas.
• Monitor automated notifications for notice periods, expirations and invoicing; develop controlling tools, reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in business or administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Degree in business law is a plus.
• Solid understanding of contract management and basic contract law.
• Good to very good knowledge of a Contract Management System.
• Experience handling data‑quality requirements and standardisation, especially using AI tools.
• Analytical, structured work approach with high personal responsibility.
• Strong communication, service orientation and discretion with confidential data.
• Fluency in German and English.
