Part-time Lecturer in Business and Management (Strategy)

About the role

Forward College seeks a part‑time lecturer to deliver a Strategy course to a small group of international students in Berlin. The role runs from late September to early November 2026 and focuses on high‑quality, small‑group teaching using a flipped‑classroom model.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver weekly 2‑hour seminars based on the LSE curriculum.
• Provide approximately 5 hours of one‑on‑one tutoring for each student.
• Create, administer, and grade a formative assessment aligned with learning outcomes.
• Adopt and promote the flipped‑classroom approach throughout the course.

Required profile

• PhD in Management, Business, or a closely related field.
• Passion for teaching and engaging diverse, international students.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Legal right to work in Portugal (no visa sponsorship).

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; focus is on pedagogical expertise.
