Part-Time Recruiter (Europe & North America)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for Canadian Solar’s teams across Europe and North America. Working approximately four hours per day during European business hours, you will act as a strategic hiring partner, ensuring a smooth candidate experience while supporting our growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for open positions in Europe and North America, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines and team context.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates.
• Collaborate with HQ HR in Hong Kong and regional leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
• Support additional people‑related tasks and process improvement projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably covering both Europe and North America.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European language is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
