Partner Sales Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

A rapidly growing embodied AI company is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to drive its partner strategy. You will work closely with leading integrators in Europe and the US to expand market reach and scale sales of AI-powered solutions, building strong partnerships, designing processes and supporting partners in implementing the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and support strategic integration partners such as Element Logic, TGW, Kardex and Toyota Automated Logistics
• Develop go-to-market strategies, including license sales and co-branded solutions
• Build a team to support partners and run a structured training program for their sales teams
• Implement efficient processes and standards for scalable partner collaboration
• Manage revenue generation via partners and ensure KPIs are met
• Coordinate with Product Management, Solutions Design and Operations, and design custom co-branded products
• Travel regularly (about 50% on the road) to partners

Required profile

• Proven partner sales management experience, ideally in logistics or automation
• Network with leading integrators and understanding of their business models
• Engineering background or affinity for complex technical products
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills, customer and partner oriented
• Flexibility to travel regularly (about 50%)
• Strong German and English
