About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Accounting Operations Assistant to support the accounting functions of our group companies. The position is based in our Berlin office and focuses on preparing organized bookkeeping records for external accounting service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and organise invoices and related accounting documentation.
• Match invoices with completed payments and supporting records.
• Record and maintain bookkeeping entries in the accounting system.
• Prepare organised accounting documentation and ledger support records.
• File and maintain financial and accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with external accounting providers.
• Support monthly and periodic accounting preparation processes.
• Report internally on accounting documentation and outstanding items.

Required profile

• Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including students, part‑time professionals, experienced bookkeeping staff, or retired professionals seeking flexibility.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
