About the role

Join the Frankfurt Airport Customer Services Team as a part‑time Airport Agent. You will support Lead Agents in delivering a safe, first‑class experience for passengers, working flexibly across customer service and security functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistently high‑quality customer service at all contact points.
• Perform airport duties in check‑in, gates, transfer and arrival areas as needed.
• Carry out security functions, including document checks and passenger screening.
• Monitor airport areas, escort passengers and ensure safety standards are met.
• Follow instructions from Lead Agents and complete pre‑flight and post‑flight administrative tasks.
• Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and promoting airline services.
• Attend mandatory training and comply with all safety procedures.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties related to the role.
