Part‑Time Recruiter (Europe & North America)

About the role

Canadian Solar is looking for a part‑time Recruiter to own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its Europe and North America teams. Working roughly four hours per day during European business hours, you will act as a strategic hiring partner, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for open positions across Europe and North America, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team context, and hiring timelines.
• Proactively build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates and market insights.
• Collaborate with HQ HR in Hong Kong and regional leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably covering both Europe and North America.
• Fluency in English and German; additional European language is a plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple open roles in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS/ATS) experience.
