About the role

Join LS&Co., a global leader in denim, as a part‑time Stylist in our Bochum store. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover their perfect fit and express their personal style.

Key responsibilities

Create genuine connections with shoppers and deliver personalized 1:1 service.
Share product knowledge and styling advice that inspires confidence.
Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a welcoming environment.

Required profile

Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire for continuous learning.
Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
