Payments Senior Sales Manager – Berlin

About the role

Checkout.com is looking for an enthusiastic Payments Senior Sales Manager to join our Commercial Payments Team in Berlin. You will drive rapid growth across multiple industries by selling our end‑to‑end online payment solution to enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a consultative payments strategist, advising companies on optimal payment structures using Checkout.com’s technology stack.
• Identify, qualify and close high‑potential prospects and partners across various verticals to build a healthy pipeline.
• Develop prospect engagement strategies in collaboration with marketing, business development and product teams.
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and proposals for C‑suite stakeholders and negotiate complex deals.
• Maintain a well‑organized portfolio of key accounts, understanding industry pain points and nurturing relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of enterprise sales experience directly in the payments industry.
• Proven track record of high performance and self‑sourced leads.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
