Penetration Tester – Full Engagement Role

About the role

Join a mature security function where offensive security is a genuine business priority. You will own end‑to‑end penetration testing engagements, from planning through to remediation, and work in a predominantly remote setting with occasional on‑site work around Frankfurt.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report on penetration testing engagements across diverse systems and environments.
• Assess findings, identify risks, and translate complex technical details into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and support the organisation’s bug bounty programme.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all penetration testing matters and stay involved through remediation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on penetration testing experience.
• Strong understanding of the cyber threat landscape, common vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies.
• Proven ability to produce professional reports and communicate findings effectively in English.
• Self‑directed, technically strong, and able to work independently.
