About the role
Join kiutra’s fast‑growing, deep‑tech team in Munich as a People & Culture Assistant. You will support the HR function by ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate employee data, and engaging team events, helping us build a diverse and innovative workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the HR information system (Personio) and personnel files, guaranteeing data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate full onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including paperwork, system access, and first‑day logistics.
- Assist the recruiting workflow by pre‑screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Help plan and organise team events, training sessions, and other employee activities.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the People & Culture team on various projects as the company scales.
Required profile
- Completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- First experience in an HR, administrative, or operations role (internship, apprenticeship, or support position).
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Discreet handling of sensitive employee information.
Required skills
- Experience with Personio (or quick ability to learn the platform).
- Proficiency with digital tools and HR software.
