People & Culture Internship (m/w/d)

About the role

Join Flip’s People Team as a People & Culture Intern and gain hands‑on experience in both Talent Acquisition and broader HR projects. You will support the recruitment process while contributing to employee‑journey initiatives in a fast‑growing tech scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn and other channels (active sourcing).
• Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
• Maintain a strategic talent pool and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support recruiting reports, track KPIs and explore AI‑driven sourcing tools.
• Manage HR data quality, build dashboards and generate analytics‑based insights.
• Assist in planning and executing internal Flip events, including Team & Culture Days.
• Design and improve onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Develop smart workflows, automate routine tasks and oversee brand‑related merchandise.

Required profile

• Enrolled in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Business Psychology or a related field.
• Available for a 5–6 month internship.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and empathy for candidates and employees.
