People & Culture Werkstudent:in (f/m/d) Food Tech Startup

About the role

Join Planet A Foods as a People & Culture Working Student and become the operational backbone of our HR team. You will work on‑site in our Munich‑Planegg office, handling HR systems, recruitment, onboarding and daily office operations in a fast‑growing food‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Personio super‑user: audit and optimise workflows, clean employee data and standardise HR templates.
• Drive internship recruitment by screening applications and managing the early candidate pipeline.
• Support recruiting activities by coordinating interviews and onsite visits.
• Own onboarding logistics, ensuring a seamless first‑day experience for new hires.
• Handle office management tasks such as mail, supplies and help organise internal team events.

Required profile

• At least one previous internship or working‑student role in HR or recruiting.
• Hands‑on experience with Personio, including workflow mapping and data management.
• Reliable on‑site presence at the Munich‑Planegg office on agreed days.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking mindset and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent communication in both English and German.
