People Solutions Consultant – Germany (EMEA)

About the role

The People Solutions Consultant supports Nike’s Central League across 12 countries from the Berlin office. Working within a collaborative HR team, the role partners with people managers, corporate and store teams to shape the end‑to‑end teammate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with people managers across 12 countries to implement HR programs and represent local requirements.
• Collaborate with EMEA Headquarters People Solutions, Centers of Expertise and regional peers to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide expert guidance on a broad range of HR topics, including employee relations, investigations and employment law.
• Deliver training and support high‑volume HR casework for retail and corporate teams.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve outcomes and drive innovation.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure business priorities are effectively represented.

Required profile

• Proven HR generalist experience in employee relations, workplace investigations or employment law advisory.
• Experience delivering training and contributing to HR or employee‑relations projects.
• Track record managing high‑volume HR casework, preferably in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and local regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Project‑management discipline and ability to coordinate with specialists and functional experts.
