Performance Marketing Creative Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Creative Strategist to turn paid‑social creative into a reliable acquisition engine. You will own the creative strategy for Meta and expand successful concepts to TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest, driving scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the creative acquisition strategy for Meta, identifying scalable angles and guiding campaigns from exploration to scale.
• Design and run structured creative testing frameworks, from hypothesis to test plan, measuring success metrics and making scale/kill decisions.
• Lead creative strategy and production, crafting hooks, messaging and ad concepts, briefing rapid production, and managing creator/influencer inputs.
• Translate performance data, cohort analysis and funnel metrics into actionable creative decisions.
• Build scalable creative systems, including workflows, testing libraries and AI‑supported processes to shorten creative‑to‑winner time.
• Stay ahead of platform and creative trends, anticipating format shifts and changes in consumer attention.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of paid‑social creative performance on Meta platforms.
• Strong experimentation and analytics mindset: design structured tests, interpret performance signals, analyse cohorts and LTV.
• Ability to collaborate with media buyers, videographers, designers and UGC creators.
