Performance Marketing Manager (TikTok) (all genders)

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager dedicated to TikTok to build our presence on the platform from scratch and drive new‑customer acquisition. You will own the end‑to‑end TikTok strategy, budget, and optimisation across multiple European markets, working closely with the Head of Performance & Growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise a full‑funnel TikTok acquisition strategy with a focus on cost‑per‑acquisition (CPA) efficiency.
• Manage a sizable multi‑market TikTok ad budget, allocating spend based on data‑driven insights.
• Operate complex campaign structures using Spark Ads, In‑Feed Ads, Shopping Ads and TikTok Shop features.
• Run rapid creative testing, leveraging TikTok Creative Center insights to refine hooks, sounds, transitions and CTAs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for TikTok creative, translating performance data into actionable briefs.
• Analyse performance data, surface trends, and report attribution challenges to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce performance marketing experience, primarily on TikTok.
• Proven ability to manage and scale six‑ to seven‑digit budgets across several markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in GA4, Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Fluency in English; additional European language (German, French, Polish) is a plus.
