Performance Marketing Manager – TikTok

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to build and lead our TikTok acquisition strategy from the ground up. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of a full‑funnel TikTok plan, driving new customer acquisition while optimizing spend across multiple European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and continuously optimise TikTok campaigns (Spark Ads, In‑Feed Ads, Shopping Ads) to meet aggressive growth targets.
• Manage a multi‑million‑euro TikTok budget, allocating spend across markets based on data‑driven insights.
• Design and run rapid creative testing frameworks, leveraging TikTok’s Creative Center to refine hooks, sounds, transitions and CTAs.
• Serve as the single point of contact for TikTok creative production, translating performance data into actionable briefs.
• Analyse performance metrics, attribution challenges and reporting for senior leadership.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of hands‑on e‑commerce performance marketing experience, primarily on TikTok.
• Proven ability to scale six‑ to seven‑figure budgets across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, brand lift studies and incrementality testing.
• Fluent English; additional European language (German, French or Polish) is a plus.
