Personal Assistant to Artist (Berlin)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic artist in Berlin. The role blends personal and professional responsibilities, requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate under high pressure while maintaining absolute confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars and coordinate sessions, appearances, travel, and personal commitments.
• Book and oversee all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cars, visas, and detailed itineraries.
• Travel with the artist when needed to handle on‑the‑ground logistics.
• Handle personal errands such as shopping, gifting, appointments, and household needs.
• Liaise with management, label, publicists, agents, and brand partners.
• Assist with light production coordination, including studio bookings and guest lists.
• Act as a primary point of contact, screen calls, emails, and requests with discretion.
• Draft and manage correspondence, attend key events, shows, or shoots, and ensure the artist is prepared and on time.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time with calm and efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role (entertainment industry preferred).
• Experience supporting high‑profile or high‑demand individuals.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Willingness to work non‑traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid passport and readiness for frequent travel.
• Fluent in German and holder of a driving licence.
