Über die Position

Ein interdisziplinäres Zentrum für Intensivmedizin (ZIM) mit integrierter IMC-Station, das nach der ersten Erweiterung von 12 auf 14 Betten nun auf 17 Betten aufstockt, sucht drei Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH mit oder ohne NDK Überwachungspflege. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Vollzeit (60–100 %) verfügbar.

Hauptaufgaben

Direkte Intensivpflege und Betreuung kritisch kranker Patientinnen und Patienten
Einhalten der höchsten Pflegestandards und Gewährleistung sowie Anpassung aktueller Pflegemethoden
Schnelle und kompetente Reaktion in akuten Notfallsituationen
Koordinations- und Kommunikationsarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und anderen Fachkräften
Aufklärung, Beratung und Unterstützung von Patientinnen, Patienten und Angehörigen
Unterstützung bei ethischen Fragestellungen und Entscheidungsfindungen

Anforderungsprofil

Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
Mindestens ein Jahr aktuelle Berufserfahrung in einem somatischen Akutspital
Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Fachkompetenz
Teamfähigkeit und Interesse an persönlicher und professioneller Weiterentwicklung
