Pharmacovigilance Medical Manager (Remote, Germany)

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacovigilance Medical Manager to join our global team on a remote contract basis in Germany. You will be responsible for regulatory activities related to veterinary pharmacovigilance, including ADE reporting, trend analysis, and signal management for Zoetis products.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with US and EU ADE reporting regulations and product trending standards.
• Collaborate with the signal management team on validation and detection activities.
• Prepare and present trending reports for marketed products and recommend safety profile adjustments.
• Provide input for regulatory agency negotiations and responses regarding product safety.
• Assist in designing pharmacovigilance policies and maintaining the electronic pharmacovigilance system.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for assigned product groups and support advertising, promotional material, and label defense activities.
• Complete pharmacovigilance data requests and health hazard assessments as needed.

Required profile

• Veterinary Medicine degree (DVM, VMD) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry, including EU pharmacovigilance.
• Strong ability to review and analyse pharmacovigilance data and develop trending reports.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA and international ADE reporting regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment.
