Plant Director

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Director to lead our plastic injection molding business unit. The successful candidate will oversee plant operations, drive international expansion, and ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a medium‑sized to large manufacturing plant with full responsibility for results.
• Lead the plastic injection molding unit, overseeing production, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute strategies for international business growth within and beyond existing market segments.
• Maintain strong service awareness and customer orientation across all plant activities.
• Foster an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.

Required profile

• Degree qualified or equivalent.
• Extensive experience managing an automotive or similar industrial plant.
• In‑depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, especially plastic injection molding.
• Proven leadership experience at a medium‑sized or large plant.
