Platform Engineer – Enablement

About the role

Our Platform Enablement team is a developer‑centric SRE group that treats internal engineers as its primary customers. We maintain foundational layers such as observability, CI/CD, and workload orchestration to make service deployment and management simpler and more efficient. If you enjoy eliminating friction, automating repetitive tasks, and building self‑service architectures, we’d love to meet you.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the internal observability ecosystem (Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenSearch) to enable teams to troubleshoot workloads.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and developer utilities using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Guide Kubernetes adoption and define standardized deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and create custom tooling when needed.
• Contribute to the Internal Developer Platform built on Backstage.
• Develop and support specialized tooling for AI‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or DevOps with a focus on developer enablement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for software developers.
• Proven expertise in AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Mastery of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar frameworks.
• Experience managing monitoring stacks and large‑scale deployment pipelines.
• Track record of building automated, reusable, self‑service systems.
• Experience integrating AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
