PMT Architect – Processes, Methods & Tools

About the role

Stark is looking for a PMT Architect to lead the definition, governance and rollout of its centralized Processes, Methods and Tools (PMT) framework. The role will shape the engineering lifecycle, integrate advanced software toolchains and standardise global engineering practices for autonomous defence systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve end‑to‑end V‑model development lifecycles to ensure consistency across all programmes.
• Establish scalable organisational guidelines and standard practices, including Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Drive integration, optimisation and governance of multidisciplinary engineering tools such as 3DEXPERIENCE and JAMA.
• Act as the central PLM expert and technical anchor for project‑embedded Configuration Managers.
• Partner with project leads to enable smooth deployment, adoption and daily operation of central engineering standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, PMT or engineering toolchain roles within complex product development.
• Hands‑on experience with the V‑Model lifecycle and MBSE methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise PLM platforms for managing product specifications and configuration workflows.
