Policy Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Policy Consultant to work remotely on high‑impact regulatory and policy projects. You will leverage your expertise to shape policy documents, support compliance initiatives, and provide strategic advice across sectors such as legal, healthcare, academia, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers using advanced Word and PDF capabilities.
• Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance‑related matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews to ensure compliance, clarity, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to synthesize complex data into concise policies and procedures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to your area of expertise.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in both written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in government policy operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and PDF tools, including tracked changes, formatting, document review, and data extraction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to draft, analyze, and review complex policy or regulatory documents.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
