About the role

We are looking for an experienced site manager to oversee the installation of central heating and/or water supply systems on construction sites in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves coordinating teams, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high‑quality execution of heating and plumbing works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on‑site teams responsible for heating and plumbing installations.
• Interpret and apply construction plans and technical documentation.
• Manage daily site operations, ensuring safety and compliance with German regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure materials and schedule work.
• Monitor progress, report to management, and resolve technical issues on site.

Required profile

• Secondary education, preferably in heating or plumbing installation.
• Motivation to change or advance within the trade.
• Fluent German communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Several years of experience in heating, cooling, or water‑supply installations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Experience leading a construction crew.
