PreMaster Program – Management Assistance (Controlling Focus)

About the role

As part of Bosch's PreMaster Program you will support the Financial Controlling (FC) area by overseeing the business and financial aspects of cost‑saving initiatives. You will analyse expected outcomes, monitor commercial status and provide crucial financial data for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of the financial tracking of cost‑saving measures proposed by your team.
• Analyse expected results and the commercial impact of these measures.
• Collaborate with controlling, purchasing, sales and other global functions across Germany, Hungary, Romania, the United States, India and Mexico.
• Prepare and contribute to monthly business reports used for project steering and management decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, management, computer science, economics or a related field with above‑average results.
• Intention to pursue a master’s degree after the program.
• Background in data analysis, planning & forecasting; project‑management experience is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills, team orientation and a globally‑mindset.
• English at C1 level (mandatory); German at B1 level (preferred).
