Process & Performance Manager – Technical Integration & SAP S/4HANA

About the role

We are seeking a Process & Performance Manager to lead the technical integration and SAP S/4HANA transformation within Satair’s Solutions department in Hamburg. The role acts as the primary process champion, linking operational process modelling with the greenfield SAP rollout and supporting the Material Management Industrialisation Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Solutions department on MMIP transformation boards and drive SAP S/4HANA target architecture.
• Translate complex IT and SAP designs into business‑focused risk, opportunity and value statements.
• Evaluate system changes to protect SLAs, operational stability and technical roadmaps during new parts flow and order handling streams.
• Map and optimise end‑to‑end “Happy Path” workflows in SYMBIO to ensure global standardisation and audit readiness.
• Define and monitor process KPI frameworks, error rates and system dependencies to identify bottlenecks early.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Process Management, IT or Engineering with experience in global matrix organisations.
• Strong background in SAP transformations (S/4HANA, RISE, Fit‑to‑Standard) and core MM/SD modules.
• Proficiency with process‑modelling tools (SYMBIO or ARIS) and agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe, Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to translate technical jargon into clear business statements and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Fluent English and diplomatic presence across international cultures.
