Procurement & Sourcing Manager – Fluent English

About the role

You will work directly with the Head of Supply Chain in Berlin to scale Gauder’s product portfolio and strengthen its position as a leading brand in the home‑improvement and DIY market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source new products that enhance the brand’s market position.
• Evaluate and qualify suppliers worldwide, balancing quality, cost efficiency and reliability.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, from sample testing and benchmarking to audits and long‑term partnerships.
• Coordinate global shipments and inventory across multiple warehouses and continents.
• Analyse sales performance, forecast trends and support process improvements and automation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing, logistics, e‑commerce or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management or a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with numbers and turning data into insights.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, speed and problem‑solving orientation.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.
