Procurement Specialist – SaaS & Indirect Procurement

About the role

Nebius is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support its global operations, focusing on SaaS, corporate services, and other indirect categories. The role works closely with Finance, Security, Legal, and other internal teams to drive cost efficiency, optimize supplier performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and manage requests for proposals, quotations, and information, including bid analysis and risk evaluations.
• Coordinate preparation of RFPs and Statements of Work (SoW) and lead cross‑functional teams through competitive bidding processes.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual conditions while minimizing operational, legal, and financial risks.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on performance, cost, and alignment with budgetary expectations.
• Analyze market trends to inform sourcing decisions and maintain uninterrupted supply of services and goods.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
• Participate in supplier meetings to resolve issues and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Report on procurement activities and meet departmental KPI goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional procurement experience, preferably in SaaS or indirect spend categories.
• Proven ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
