About the role
Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group, is seeking a Product Analyst for Electronic Channels to ensure alignment with business goals and drive value through effective collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Collect product requirements from all stakeholders, transform them into tasks, and maintain a well‑defined, prioritized backlog.
- Guide the development team during sprints, participate in sprint planning, clarify user stories, and help resolve blockers.
- Manage post‑go‑live activities, ensure smooth transitions, and coordinate handovers to support teams.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance, identify improvements, and drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Prior experience in product management for banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of user needs, business product knowledge, and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Required skills
- Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Backlog management and story writing.
