Product Analyst for Installment Cards

About the role

Quipu, the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group, is seeking a Product Analyst for Installment Cards to ensure product alignment with business goals and drive value through effective collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect product requirements from all stakeholders, transform them into tasks, and maintain a well‑defined, prioritized backlog.
• Guide the development team during sprints, participate in sprint planning, clarify user stories, and help resolve blockers and cross‑team dependencies.
• Manage post‑go‑live activities, ensure smooth transitions, document lessons learned, and hand over items to support teams.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to measure product performance, identify improvements, and define quality standards such as Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of user needs, business product knowledge, and analytical thinking.
• Experience in product development and management within an agile environment.
• Attention to detail and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
