Product Director – Brokerage

About the role

J.P. Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a Product Director for Brokerage to lead the creation and lifecycle of innovative investment products. You will act as the voice of the customer, shaping profitable offerings that deliver high‑value experiences across the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with firm objectives and customer value.
• Lead discovery, market research, and roadmap integration for new brokerage solutions.
• Establish frameworks and monitor key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Investments and external partners.
• Champion continuous improvement in product development processes to maximize team efficiency.
• Translate business and technical goals into prioritized engineering requirements.
• Oversee product development, testing, and release management, ensuring high quality and reliability.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience in financial services or technology.
• Proven track record building wealth‑management or brokerage products end‑to‑end.
• Demonstrated ability to lead all product‑life‑cycle stages from discovery to value management.
• Experience with software delivery best practices, multi‑country requirements, and MVP design.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to business stakeholders.
