Product Growth Engineer (d/f/m)

About the role

We lower electricity bills for over 10,000 homeowners in Germany by enabling batteries, EVs and heat pumps to use cheap energy. As a Product Growth Engineer you will turn website visitors into customers, own the full tech‑stack for growth, and work closely with a performance marketer, Growth PM and sales lead.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize conversion levers with the Growth PM and ship full‑stack changes in hours using React, Supabase and Vercel.
• Build and expand the testing infrastructure (Posthog) to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Maintain and integrate Hubspot, internal APIs and backend services, ensuring scalability and stability.
• Collaborate with the tech team on code reviews and technical standards while expanding system integrations.

Required profile

• More than 2 years of experience building full‑stack web applications with React, TypeScript and a serverless stack.
• Proactive decision‑maker who measures success by conversion outcomes rather than tickets.
