Product Lead – Head of Product (AI MedTech)

About the role

We are building the product engine behind the next generation of AI‑driven MedTech software at REMATIQ. The role is a hands‑on Product Lead / Head of Product in a hybrid Berlin office, responsible for turning strategic direction into shipped products.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full product execution loop from customer insight to shipped product and continuous learning.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Product Managers, raising the quality bar across the organization.
• Stay hands‑on by leading discovery, defining requirements, prioritising trade‑offs and owning the most complex product areas.
• Coordinate multiple squads, ensuring clear alignment between Product, Engineering and Design.
• Make hard product decisions amid competing customer needs, technical constraints and incomplete information.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product for B2B enterprise software, with at least two direct reports.
• Deeply hands‑on in discovery, requirement writing, prioritisation and close collaboration with engineering.
• Strong product judgement, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data.
• Passionate about AI‑first product development and its impact on product processes.
