Product Manager – Energy (Senior)

About the role

We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager – Energy to shape and deliver the global vision of our Heartbeat AI platform. You will define the energy product strategy, standardise tariff and billing processes and drive commercial success across European markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for energy offerings, including dynamic tariffs, retail propositions and service portfolios.
• Standardise technical setups, operational processes and partner integrations to ensure scalable, compliant operations.
• Analyse international energy markets, regulatory frameworks and pricing innovations to inform product design.
• Collaborate with engineering, trading, operations and commercial teams to implement the energy proposition.
• Define and monitor KPIs, optimise product performance and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience in energy retail, trading or metering across multiple European markets.
• Proven track record building or scaling energy retail products such as dynamic tariffs, billing or market communication.
• Deep understanding of energy market structures, regulations and emerging business models.
• Strong analytical mindset to evaluate product performance and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with ability to align diverse stakeholders.
